The Wyoming Board of Examining Water Well Drilling Contractors & Water Well Pump Installation Contractors Board (WWCB) intends to promulgate rules to amend Chapter 3, "Fees," and Chapter 6, "Application Review, Complaints, and Hearing Procedures," and add Chapter 9, "Procedures, Fees, Costs, and Charges for Inspecting, Copying and Producing Public Records," of the Wyoming State Board of Examining Water Well Drilling Contractors & Water Well Pump Installation Contractors Board's rules.

The Board is proposing to incorporate the Uniform Procedures, Fees, Costs and Charges for Inspecting, Copying and Producing Public Records. These rules were promulgated under the Department of Administration and Information's rule-making authority in W.S. 16-4-204(e). The Board also proposes to amend and correct Chapters 3 & 6 to remove unnecessary language and to clarify section titles.
